DESIGN PATENT PROGUIDES
Design Patent ProGuides are a compilation of rules, principles, case law, statutes, regulations, practical examples, and design patent application excerpts on a design patent topic. ProGuides may be used as resource material or in conjunction with AI engines that allow the ProGuides to be uploaded before a question is asked or a proposed document is uploaded.
For an example of how the ProGuides’ analysis compares with the Examiners’ analysis regarding title objections and rejections in fifteen design patent prosecutions, click here.
ProGuides are developed from sources that include selected documents from sixty-six thousand design patent applications. The research is conducted through ProSearch, a database containing selected documents from these published applications. The ProSearch database is updated on a weekly basis.
ProGuides are general informational guides and are not legal advice. Comprehensive efforts are made to include accurate information, although errors and omissions can occur.
